Next copy is awesome I thought it would just copy the movie, but it is like a DVD duplicator even the sub menus and extra features work just like the master DVD. Extremely pleased!!!	I recently purchased the DVD Nextcopy product from you and I must say this is the BEST product that I have seen on the market. There area bunch of products that advertise that they are easy to use but your product bar none is the BEST! I wanted to drop you a note to let you know how happy I am with your product.

I have been a customer since 'X-Copy', I was happy with the product then, and even more so now! I've had a few bumps in the road, but this only exposed me to the fantastic support staff that is responsive, patient and they continued working on the issues I was experiencing until the problem was overcome! Fantastic product, sales and support staffs! I can't recall better customer service. Keep up the great work and I highly recommend purchasing this product to anyone who is in the market for DVD copying software and quite frankly, I love movies and I've researched the competition - there isn't one company I've found that comes close to DVD neXt COPY and their company! Your VERY satisfied customer, I cannot sing the praise for customer support strongly enough. I experienced difficultly installing the latest update (2.7.3.2). I assumed that I would have to live with the previous version; essentially I mentioned my problem to customer support as a hail mary effort. Imagine my surprise when customer support virtually immediately responded AND with the correct solution. If only every company were this responsive.

I have been using this software for years the first one I had was dvd x copy express and it just keeps getting better. the copied discs are top quality and you can't tell the differance between the original and the back up. The support is exellent and never fail to return your message. TOP MARKS TO THE DVD NEXT COPY TEAM.	This is really a great product. I owned DVD X Copy Gold prior to this and this program just runs circles around it. I hope I continue to enjoy it as much as I have.

I love DVD Next Copy, it is so easy to use, I have copied every DVD in my daughters collection and have not had one problem. If you used DVD X Copy it was junk compared to this. DVD Next Copy does everything it advertises. I promise you will not be disapointed. I have never spoke of a product before this, it is just that good. I upgraded to the DVDneXt Copy in 2006. I'm a 65 year old senior; and I my children grew up using Atari and Game Boy. But whenever I've needed these guys to assist me with technical or administrative issues, they've always been there. No waiting 24 hours for a response. No technically embarrassing questions or instructions to follow; etc. They just give you what you need to have to resolve your problem. I just want to say Thanx Fellow's. Just click and go. Hi, I have about 2,000 different DVD titles and about the same number of VCR titles and am attempting to back them up. For ease of use and success in backing up my DVDs, DVD neXt COPY allows my computer (not me) to do all the work. Once this extremely helpful group got me up and running, the only thing I need to worry about is where I put the blank DVDs.	Product works great and Fast! Burned discs work just about everywhere.

Just wanted to tell you that having owned previous versions of the software and watching the developmental curve, I am impressed. I have only begun using the trial version, but have thrown discs at it from my collection which I have been unable to copy through several different combinations of hardware as well as software. This has copied FLAWLESSLY! I'll definitely be picking this one up.	I am not computer savy and found this product simple to install and use. When I had a question, the technical support team responded to my email within minutes! Excellent product, excellent support team. I will recommend to this product to others, it works!

Thank goodness you put so much effort and pride into your packaging. I came home to find a package on my front veranda. The front gate was locked so the postie decided to throw the package approximately five meters over the fence onto the veranda. I have had nothing but successful burns since installing the new version my hats off to everyone who worked so hard on making this the great program it is! great copys with a great picture! and sound quality!	I am doing all I can to stump this version and without any success. So far, nothing but successful backups. I have thrown 12 different burners at it, more than 24 different DVDs, and have tried custom, movie only, and full backup. I refuse to give up, I know I have a movie or a drive or a system setup that will stump it, I have even went as far to change out 4 different antivirus programs; not even Norton could bother it.

Everything is OK thank you, I'm satisfed with the softwere, and I like it very very mutch, everything is working good, I have no problem.	Having used previous versions that were missing in a few areas this program has everything, as I travel internationally a lot the ability to copy my DVDs purchased overseas and remove the region restictions that alow me to play the DVD at home is great, and now that people can buy DVDs internationaly over the internet this is bound to open competition and maybe lower prices. Copying my DVD movies has never been easier. I no longer have to worry about my kids destroying any more DVD's. Thank you sooooooo much!	This software duplicates every nook and cranny of the original disk. I only have a single DVD-/+RW drive, so I copied the files onto my hard drive. The time it took to convert and burn onto the disk is really fast. It played in my DVD player just like the original.
